i used to work in a call center that sells them, several different brands of them actually because we took orders for different clients even though it was really the same product. Most electronic cigerettes are ordered by phone and if you do decide to buy one pay attention to what you’re being offered. Alot of them come with auto ship on the cartridges and they go for different prices for different brands…

though i dont know much about tampa fl, most specialty shops sell a generic form of e-cigerette, though not as high in quality. Try your local Smoke-Shop or Cigar Store.

of all the ones i’ve tried, i highly recomend the Inhalerette, though its only available online or over the phone.

if you dont have a credit card or dont feel comfortable using one, go to your local corner store and grab a pre paid visa card, find out how much your e-cig is going to cost, and order it with that.
