as far as i know electronic cigarettes are safe. tobacco reduces hunger so if an obese person smoked then they could lose weight easier as they wouldn’t have the cravings for food. apart from that i don’t know

I switched to ecigs a while ago, i like this one, and others like that i dont smell like cigs anymore, and i actually feel better as far a breathing ect.. I dont think these or quiting will cure an illness already incurred but can prevent more, and is a healthier option as they are vapor, not tar, chemicals, ect.
